I know I've been absent for awhile, so please forgive me! I semi-cheated on this recipe b/c I didn't have time to do it myself, but I happened to be at my mom's house the night she was going to make it, so we tag teamed it. She bought the ingredients, and I chopped :-). It was essentially a modified caprese salad. Olive oil, basil, mozzerella, balsamic, tomato, and strawberries. Surprisingly the strawberry and tomato combination was very good, and I would definitely recommend this one!
